Designed around a rugged bare-tube bundle shell and tube layout, B-1002-A6-T-BR-CN-B-Z provides practical cooling performance for fluid power applications. It uses a two-pass configuration with a 5.13-inch shell diameter, a 18-inch shell length, and about 23.44 inches overall. Construction includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.375-inch Copper Nickel cooling tubes, Bronze end bonnets, and included zinc anodes. Ratings include 250 PSI maximum shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and a 350°F maximum operating temperature. This style of cooler is well suited for hydraulic, lubrication, and mobile equipment applications. With copper nickel tube, bronze bonnet, and zinc options available, the series can also support more corrosion-conscious applications.
