Its construction centers on a two-pass shell and tube layout with a 5.13-inch diameter shell, 27-inch shell length, and approximately 32.44-inch overall length. Material selection for this configuration includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper tubes, Cast Iron bonnets, and optional zinc protection. Operating limits are 250 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 350°F maximum temperature. This style of cooler is well suited for hydraulic, lubrication, and mobile equipment applications. With copper nickel tube, bronze bonnet, and zinc options available, the series can also support more corrosion-conscious applications.
