It uses a four-pass configuration with a 5.13-inch shell diameter, a 27-inch shell length, and about 32.65 inches overall. Construction includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.375-inch Copper Nickel cooling tubes, Bronze end bonnets, and included zinc anodes. For operating capability, the design is rated for 250 PSI shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and 350°F maximum temperature. This style of cooler is well suited for hydraulic, lubrication, and mobile equipment applications. With copper nickel tube, bronze bonnet, and zinc options available, the series can also support more corrosion-conscious applications.
