This B Series unit is configured for reliable water-to-oil cooling, and B-1003-C6-O-BR-B combines serviceable construction with durable materials. It uses a one-pass configuration with a 5.13-inch shell diameter, a 27-inch shell length, and about 32.75 inches overall. Material selection for this configuration includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.375-inch Copper tubes, Bronze bonnets, and optional zinc protection. Ratings include 250 PSI maximum shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and a 350°F maximum operating temperature. These exchangers are frequently applied to hydraulic oil cooling, lubrication circuits, and general industrial heat rejection. With copper nickel tube, bronze bonnet, and zinc options available, the series can also support more corrosion-conscious applications.
