Built for dependable liquid-to-liquid heat transfer, B-1003-D4-F is a shell and tube cooler suited to hydraulic and industrial service. The unit is arranged as a four-pass exchanger and is built around a 5.13-inch shell, 27-inch shell length, and roughly 32.65-inch overall length. Material selection for this configuration includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper tubes, Cast Iron bonnets, and optional zinc protection. Operating limits are 250 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 350°F maximum temperature. These exchangers are frequently applied to hydraulic oil cooling, lubrication circuits, and general industrial heat rejection. With copper nickel tube, bronze bonnet, and zinc options available, the series can also support more corrosion-conscious applications.
