Description
Designed around a rugged bare-tube bundle shell and tube layout, B-1004-A6-F-BR-CN-B-Z provides practical cooling performance for fluid power applications. The unit is arranged as a four-pass exchanger and is built around a 5.13-inch shell, 36-inch shell length, and roughly 41.65-inch overall length. Construction includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.375-inch Copper Nickel cooling tubes, Bronze end bonnets, and included zinc anodes. Ratings include 250 PSI maximum shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and a 350°F maximum operating temperature. These exchangers are frequently applied to hydraulic oil cooling, lubrication circuits, and general industrial heat rejection. With copper nickel tube, bronze bonnet, and zinc options available, the series can also support more corrosion-conscious applications.
