Description
B-1004-C4-F-BR-CN-B is a versatile shell and tube heat exchanger intended for water-to-oil or water-to-water service. The unit is arranged as a four-pass exchanger and is built around a 5.13-inch shell, 36-inch shell length, and roughly 41.65-inch overall length. This version is built with a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper Nickel tubes, Bronze end bonnets, and optional zinc anodes. Operating limits are 250 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 350°F maximum temperature. These exchangers are frequently applied to hydraulic oil cooling, lubrication circuits, and general industrial heat rejection. Optional copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes make the series attractive for more corrosion-resistant water service.
