Description
Built for dependable liquid-to-liquid heat transfer, B-1004-C4-T-BR-CN-B-Z is a shell and tube cooler suited to hydraulic and industrial service. It uses a two-pass configuration with a 5.13-inch shell diameter, a 36-inch shell length, and about 41.44 inches overall. This version is built with a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper Nickel tubes, Bronze end bonnets, and included zinc anodes. Ratings include 250 PSI maximum shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and a 350°F maximum operating temperature. These exchangers are frequently applied to hydraulic oil cooling, lubrication circuits, and general industrial heat rejection. Optional copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes make the series attractive for more corrosion-resistant water service.
