The unit is arranged as a four-pass exchanger and is built around a 6.13-inch shell, 18-inch shell length, and roughly 24.59-inch overall length. Material selection for this configuration includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.375-inch Copper tubes, Cast Iron bonnets, and optional zinc protection. For operating capability, the design is rated for 250 PSI shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and 350°F maximum temperature. These exchangers are frequently applied to hydraulic oil cooling, lubrication circuits, and general industrial heat rejection. With copper nickel tube, bronze bonnet, and zinc options available, the series can also support more corrosion-conscious applications.
