The unit is arranged as a two-pass exchanger and is built around a 6.13-inch shell, 18-inch shell length, and roughly 24.09-inch overall length. Construction includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper Nickel cooling tubes, Cast Iron end bonnets, and optional zinc anodes. Ratings include 250 PSI maximum shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and a 350°F maximum operating temperature. This style of cooler is well suited for hydraulic, lubrication, and mobile equipment applications. Optional copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes make the series attractive for more corrosion-resistant water service.
