B-1202-D4-T

Designed around a rugged bare-tube bundle shell and tube layout, B-1202-D4-T provides practical cooling performance for fluid power applications. It uses a two-pass configuration with a 6.13-inch shell diameter, a 18-inch shell length, and about 24.09 inches overall. Construction includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper cooling tubes, Cast Iron end bonnets, and optional zinc anodes. Operating limits are 250 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 350°F maximum temperature. The B/SB platform is commonly used for hydraulic power units, lube oil systems, and general industrial cooling duty. With copper nickel tube, bronze bonnet, and zinc options available, the series can also support more corrosion-conscious applications.
