Designed around a rugged bare-tube bundle shell and tube layout, B-1202-D6-F-BR-Z provides practical cooling performance for fluid power applications. The unit is arranged as a four-pass exchanger and is built around a 6.13-inch shell, 18-inch shell length, and roughly 24.59-inch overall length. Construction includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.375-inch Copper cooling tubes, Cast Iron end bonnets, and included zinc anodes. Operating limits are 250 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 350°F maximum temperature. These exchangers are frequently applied to hydraulic oil cooling, lubrication circuits, and general industrial heat rejection. Material options such as copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes expand its usefulness in harsher water conditions.
