Built for dependable liquid-to-liquid heat transfer, B-1203-A4-O-BR is a shell and tube cooler suited to hydraulic and industrial service. It uses a one-pass configuration with a 6.13-inch shell diameter, a 27-inch shell length, and about 33.40 inches overall. Material selection for this configuration includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper tubes, Cast Iron bonnets, and optional zinc protection. Operating limits are 250 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 350°F maximum temperature. This style of cooler is well suited for hydraulic, lubrication, and mobile equipment applications. Optional copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes make the series attractive for more corrosion-resistant water service.
