Built for dependable liquid-to-liquid heat transfer, B-1203-C4-O-BR-B is a shell and tube cooler suited to hydraulic and industrial service. The unit is arranged as a one-pass exchanger and is built around a 6.13-inch shell, 27-inch shell length, and roughly 33.40-inch overall length. Construction includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper cooling tubes, Bronze end bonnets, and optional zinc anodes. Operating limits are 250 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 350°F maximum temperature. This style of cooler is well suited for hydraulic, lubrication, and mobile equipment applications. Optional copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes make the series attractive for more corrosion-resistant water service.
