Built for dependable liquid-to-liquid heat transfer, B-1203-C4-T-BR-Z is a shell and tube cooler suited to hydraulic and industrial service. It uses a two-pass configuration with a 6.13-inch shell diameter, a 27-inch shell length, and about 32.96 inches overall. This version is built with a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper tubes, Cast Iron end bonnets, and included zinc anodes. Operating limits are 250 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 350°F maximum temperature. The B/SB platform is commonly used for hydraulic power units, lube oil systems, and general industrial cooling duty. Optional copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes make the series attractive for more corrosion-resistant water service.
