Designed around a rugged bare-tube bundle shell and tube layout, B-1203-C6-T-BR-CN provides practical cooling performance for fluid power applications. The unit is arranged as a two-pass exchanger and is built around a 6.13-inch shell, 27-inch shell length, and roughly 32.96-inch overall length. This version is built with a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.375-inch Copper Nickel tubes, Cast Iron end bonnets, and optional zinc anodes. Operating limits are 250 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 350°F maximum temperature. The B/SB platform is commonly used for hydraulic power units, lube oil systems, and general industrial cooling duty. Optional copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes make the series attractive for more corrosion-resistant water service.
