Built for dependable liquid-to-liquid heat transfer, B-1204-B6-T is a shell and tube cooler suited to hydraulic and industrial service. Its construction centers on a two-pass shell and tube layout with a 6.13-inch diameter shell, 36-inch shell length, and approximately 41.84-inch overall length. This version is built with a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.375-inch Copper tubes, Cast Iron end bonnets, and optional zinc anodes. For operating capability, the design is rated for 250 PSI shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and 350°F maximum temperature. These exchangers are frequently applied to hydraulic oil cooling, lubrication circuits, and general industrial heat rejection. Material options such as copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes expand its usefulness in harsher water conditions.
