Built for dependable liquid-to-liquid heat transfer, B-1204-D6-T is a shell and tube cooler suited to hydraulic and industrial service. It uses a two-pass configuration with a 6.13-inch shell diameter, a 36-inch shell length, and about 41.84 inches overall. Construction includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.375-inch Copper cooling tubes, Cast Iron end bonnets, and optional zinc anodes. Ratings include 250 PSI maximum shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and a 350°F maximum operating temperature. This style of cooler is well suited for hydraulic, lubrication, and mobile equipment applications. With copper nickel tube, bronze bonnet, and zinc options available, the series can also support more corrosion-conscious applications.
