Description
Designed around a rugged bare-tube bundle shell and tube layout, B-1205-B4-F provides practical cooling performance for fluid power applications. It uses a four-pass configuration with a 6.13-inch shell diameter, a 45-inch shell length, and about 51.34 inches overall. This version is built with a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper tubes, Cast Iron end bonnets, and optional zinc anodes. Operating limits are 250 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 350°F maximum temperature. This style of cooler is well suited for hydraulic, lubrication, and mobile equipment applications. Material options such as copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes expand its usefulness in harsher water conditions.
