Built for dependable liquid-to-liquid heat transfer, B-1205-B6-O-BR is a shell and tube cooler suited to hydraulic and industrial service. Its construction centers on a one-pass shell and tube layout with a 6.13-inch diameter shell, 45-inch shell length, and approximately 51.28-inch overall length. Construction includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.375-inch Copper cooling tubes, Cast Iron end bonnets, and optional zinc anodes. For operating capability, the design is rated for 250 PSI shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and 350°F maximum temperature. This style of cooler is well suited for hydraulic, lubrication, and mobile equipment applications. Optional copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes make the series attractive for more corrosion-resistant water service.
