Built for dependable liquid-to-liquid heat transfer, B-1205-C4-T-BR is a shell and tube cooler suited to hydraulic and industrial service. The unit is arranged as a two-pass exchanger and is built around a 6.13-inch shell, 45-inch shell length, and roughly 50.84-inch overall length. Material selection for this configuration includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.25-inch Copper tubes, Cast Iron bonnets, and optional zinc protection. Ratings include 250 PSI maximum shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and a 350°F maximum operating temperature. These exchangers are frequently applied to hydraulic oil cooling, lubrication circuits, and general industrial heat rejection. Optional copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes make the series attractive for more corrosion-resistant water service.
