Its construction centers on a four-pass shell and tube layout with a 5.13-inch diameter shell, 27-inch shell length, and approximately 32.65-inch overall length. Material selection for this configuration includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.375-inch Copper tubes, Bronze bonnets, and included zinc protection. Ratings include 250 PSI maximum shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and a 350°F maximum operating temperature. These exchangers are frequently applied to hydraulic oil cooling, lubrication circuits, and general industrial heat rejection. With copper nickel tube, bronze bonnet, and zinc options available, the series can also support more corrosion-conscious applications.
