It uses a one-pass configuration with a 6.13-inch shell diameter, a 18-inch shell length, and about 24.53 inches overall. Construction includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.375-inch Copper cooling tubes, Cast Iron end bonnets, and included zinc anodes. For operating capability, the design is rated for 250 PSI shell-side pressure, 150 PSI tube-side pressure, and 350°F maximum temperature. This style of cooler is well suited for hydraulic, lubrication, and mobile equipment applications. Material options such as copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes expand its usefulness in harsher water conditions.
