This B Series unit is configured for reliable water-to-oil cooling, and B-1202-B6-O-BR combines serviceable construction with durable materials. It uses a one-pass configuration with a 6.13-inch shell diameter, a 18-inch shell length, and about 24.53 inches overall. Construction includes a Brass hub, Brass shell, 0.375-inch Copper cooling tubes, Cast Iron end bonnets, and optional zinc anodes. Operating limits are 250 PSI on the shell side, 150 PSI on the tube side, and 350°F maximum temperature. This style of cooler is well suited for hydraulic, lubrication, and mobile equipment applications. Material options such as copper nickel tubes, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes expand its usefulness in harsher water conditions.
