This TTP HCR-1236-8.4-6-O shell and tube heat exchanger with innovative, removable bundle for cleaning and servicing. This cost saving feature is more commonly found on larger, more expensive shell and tube designs, is now available as a standard feature. The unique core can be full removed, cleaned and or repaired as necessary to ensure a long service life, or replaced as needed with minimal effort, leaving the shell side assembly connected, requiring only the end bonnets be removed for servicing. This One-pass configuration is suitable for a variety of industrial cooling applications, including: water, hydraulic oil, and compressed air. It has a maximum working shell pressure of 300 PSI, tube pressure of 150 PSI, and maximum operating temperature of 300F.
